Hydro poles are replaced, and new traffic signals go in at Davis, at Wellington,
and at the five corners. Disruptive enough to notice, not enough to close the
street.

The hard year. Combined sewers are separated, watermains replaced and the new
streetscape built, with full closures while the work is in front of you.
$3.9 million, over the 220 metres of Mitton between Wellington and Davis. The city
says most parking stays, crossings get shorter, and there will be lighting, planting,
wayfinding and room to hold things.
